Beechfield
Residential Care Home
For Active Christian Scientists
There are opportunities for people from all backgrounds and diverse interests to become involved as volunteers at Beechfield.  Volunteers are seen as both helpers and friends of the house and the residents, but do not fulfil the role of the staff who are specially trained for their work and have a confidential and skilled role in caring for residents.

We particularly welcome men and women willing to share their interests with residents, serve refreshments, read the Lesson Sermon, drive and act as escorts on outings, help with art and craft activities, read poems, articles or short stories, play scrabble and other table games, or play the piano and other musical instruments.

If you would like to discuss becoming a volunteer please contact the Manager, or the Activities Co-ordinator.
