Living at Beechfield

Beechfield provides support and care for senior Christian Scientists, men and women, who no longer wish to maintain their own homes for whatever reason. All residents have their own room with en-suite toilet and wash-basin and private telephone. A hairdresser visits once a week.

Rooms are simply and pleasantly furnished, and new residents may bring small pieces of furniture, computers, televisions, sound systems, and their own ornaments and pictures. All rooms are individual reflecting the personal taste of each resident.

The care provided includes all meals, cleaning, and laundry, and whatever level of personal care is needed for a resident to enjoy a good quality of life without the demands of running their own home. However, Beechfield is not a nursing home and does not provide nursing care.
